Collaborating with sales and marketing, you will align promotions with shelf execution, monitor trends, train staff, and ensure consistent standards across multiple retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in merchandising or visual display in FMCG.
• Proven experience in developing planograms and managing field merchandising teams.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer purchasing behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies and visual display standards for all FMCG products.
• Create and manage detailed planograms to optimise shelf space and product visibility in retail environments.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of field merchandisers, ensuring consistent execution of merchandising plans.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align merchandising efforts with promotional activities and product launches.
• Monitor competitor merchandising strategies and market trends to identify best practices and opportunities for innovation.
• Analyze sales data and store feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives and recommend improvements.
