Managed People Solutions Pty is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Cape Town CBD. You will ensure brands are well-presented, stocked, and promoted according to standards, visiting multiple stores to maintain optimal displays.

The role requires 12 months of FMCG merchandising experience, a valid Code B driver’s license, and excellent communication skills. You will work across Cape Town CBD and surrounding areas, building strong relationships with store personnel and customers.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• 12 months’ FMCG merchandising experience.
• Valid Code B driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work across Cape Town CBD and surrounding areas.

Responsabilités

• Ensure products are available, well-stocked, and displayed to attract customers.
• Count stock, identify replenishment needs, and replenish according to SOPs.
• Create and maintain attractive product displays per merchandising standards.
• Check product quality, stock rotation, and pricing; keep shelves in top condition.
• Keep shelves and back-up storage tidy and organised.
