Job summary

Tiger Brands in Gauteng seeks a CA(SA) to partner with the Category Financial Director for the financial management of a selected business unit. You will drive budgets, forecasts, and year-end reporting, ensuring IFRS compliance and robust internal controls.

Lead a team of FSSC accountants and oversee all financial reporting. With a minimum 5 years in plant/operational FMCG finance, you will provide strategic business support, manage FX transactions, and uphold financial systems and controls

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) with strong IFRS knowledge and 5+ years FMCG plant/operational experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
• Advanced use of financial software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Category Financial Director to provide financial management of the business unit.
• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast for the business unit and sites.
• Manage year-end process and month-end close; review journals and reconciliations.
