Job summary

PnS Group in Hermanus is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities for the region’s FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising services. You will ensure execution of standards and drive efficiency across distributed teams and partner networks.

The role requires a National certificate in business administration or Retail Operations Management, along with 2+ years in retail/wholesale operations and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity,

Qualifications

• National certificate in business administration, Retail Operations Management, or equivalent qualification.
• 2 years of experience in operations within the retail and wholesale sector, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, sales, and merchandising excellence in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing large, distributed teams and working with retail and wholesale partners across large areas.
• Strong experience in the liquor industry.

Responsibilities

• To manage all operational activities for the specified area’s FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising services.
• Ensure that sales and merchandising standards are consistently met to optimise client product availability.
