Job summary

PnS Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities for the region’s FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising services. You will drive efficiency, maintain merchandising standards, and optimise product availability across a large area.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail/wholesale operations with a supervisory background and strong leadership for distributing teams and coordinating with retail partners, with a focus on liquor

Qualifications

2 years of experience in operations within the retail and wholesale sector, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, sales, and merchandising excellence in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing large, distributed teams and working with retail and wholesale partners across large areas.
Strong experience in the liquor industry

Responsibilities

Manage all operational activities for the area’s FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising services.
Ensure sales and merchandising standards are consistently met to optimise client product availability.
