Role Accountabilities:

  1. Provides input into BU or Segment People plan.
  2. Develops and implements tactical and operational people plans in response to business and people challenges.
  3. Partners with Senior Management teams to advise on people challenges and on how to improve team performance.
  4. Advises on future people priorities using HR Analytics and trends.
  5. Manages the efficient implementation of the HR Calendar.
  6. Develops and implements tactical organizational development interventions to address short-term business needs.
  7. Advises Senior Management on employee engagement and building a high-performance culture aligned with segment plans.
  8. Manages the Segment Talent and Leadership plan for a designated area.
  9. Advises on responding to change effectively.
  10. Ensures adherence to HR controls and implements new controls as needed.
  11. Contributes to HR synergies across OMEM.
  12. May manage a small team of HR Professionals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.
  • Postgraduate degree is advantageous.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
  • Strong influence and relationship-building skills with business leaders.
  • Solid employee relations experience.
