Join our team as a Technical Support Consultant and thrive in a multicultural, multilingual environment while working from home.

What you will do:

  1. Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails.
  2. Build positive, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  3. Meet team KPIs.
  4. Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology.
  5. Securely handle customers' sensitive information.
  6. Apply customer happiness practices.
  7. Maintain knowledge of our client's products and services.
  8. Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies.

What you need to succeed:

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 in both spoken and written).
  • Experience in customer and technical support.
  • Experience providing technical support via phone calls.
  • Understanding of Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android.
  • Positive, responsible attitude.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB RAM) and stable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience analyzing logs.
