Your responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with hotel standards and quality management
• Perform detailed daily inspections of suites and rooms on assigned floors
• Train and introduce employees to standards, cleanliness, and work processes
• Supervise and control housekeeping staff
• Manage daily turn-down service (couverture)
• Allocate amenities, cleaning supplies, and work equipment
• Serve as a role model for team members

Your profile

• Vocational training as a hotel or housekeeping manager; apprentices are welcome
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping processes
• Leadership qualities and good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Language skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Qualifications, passion, and enjoyment of the job are what matter, regardless of age
