Responsibilities:

1. Support the store management team to provide outstanding leadership to the store team.
2. Ensure the team executes operational excellence with a customer-centric mindset.
3. Generate high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.
4. Allocate time effectively; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
5. Provide input and manage merchandise and visual presentation principles.
6. Drive performance through store KPIs (e.g., turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals).

Qualifications:

1. A Matric certificate.
2. Experience in Sales, Retail, or Business Development roles.
