Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. The ability to support the store management team to provide outstanding leadership to the store team.
2. Ensures the team executes operational excellence through a customer-centric mindset.
3. Generating high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.
4. Allocate time effectively; handle multiple tasks and complete priorities.
5. Provide input and manage merchandise and visual principles.
6. Drive performance through the store KPI’s (e.g., turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals, etc.).

Qualifications:

1. A Matric certificate.

Skills:

1. Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.
2. High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and situations.
3. A high sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently.
4. Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.
