Responsibilities
  • Support the store management team in providing outstanding leadership to the store team.
  • Ensure the team executes operational excellence with a customer-centric approach.
  • Generate high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.
  • Allocate time effectively; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  • Provide input and manage merchandise and visual merchandising principles.
  • Drive performance through store KPIs (e.g., turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals).

  • Matric certificate.

  • Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in store leadership.
  • High flexibility and adaptability to different customers and situations.
