Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in providing outstanding leadership to the store team.
- Ensure the team executes operational excellence with a customer-centric approach.
- Generate high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.
- Allocate time effectively; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Provide input and manage merchandise and visual merchandising principles.
- Drive performance through store KPIs (e.g., turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals).
Qualifications
Skills
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in store leadership.
- High flexibility and adaptability to different customers and situations.
- High sense of urgency with the ability to work independently.
- Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy.
- Strategic sales planning and managing the sales process.
