Job summary

The Foschini Group (TFG)Sportscene brand is seeking a store leader inSouth Africa to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead the store team.

You will translate business priorities into action, coach staff, optimize visuals, and ensure KPI targets such as turnover and new accounts are met. This role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership.
• Flexible and able to adapt to different customers and situations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy.
• Strategic sales planning and managing the sales process.
• Customer value management and KPI focus.
