Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to lead and motivate our front-of-house team and ensure exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily floor operations and support the management team to deliver high-quality service.
2. Lead by example, mentoring team members to enhance guest experiences.
3. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and warmly.
4. Assist with rota planning, training new staff, and maintaining service standards.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and food hygiene regulations.

Salary:

£13.59 per hour + tronc
