Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
• Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the agricultural retail industry
• Willingness to work after hours when required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Willingness to undergo ongoing training

Duties and Responsibilities

• Financial management of the business unit
• Stock management, including merchandising, stock level management, ordering, claims, and stocktaking
• Personnel management, including staff mentoring
• General management to ensure compliance with VKB policies
• Providing excellent customer service, handling queries and complaints
• Innovative approaches to exceed goals and targets
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
• Adding value to the industry by achieving strategic and operational goals
