Floor Manager

Our client is a prominent private company that owns a number of established outlets in the Western Cape. They are expanding and have a need for enthusiastic people to support this growth, including a Floor Manager position based in Mandela Park.

The responsibility of the Floor Manager is to create and maintain a fully functioning, profitable Floor Department (including groceries, perishables, cooldrinks, and backup areas).

Promote excellent customer service and full management of all Floor staff members (including groceries, perishables, cooldrinks, and backup areas).

Responsibilities :

1. Cold chain management
2. Signage and pricing
3. Adherence to Group merchandising standards
4. Promotions
5. Hygiene and housekeeping
6. Staff management
7. Administration

Requirements :

1. Task-oriented
2. Diligent in the performance of duties
3. Ability to work with people daily

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• 2 years retail management experience on the grocery floor

Salary - Market related

Working hours - Monday to Sunday, Rotational shifts
