Our client is a prominent private company that owns a number of established outlets in the Western Cape.

They are expanding and have a need for enthusiastic people to support this growth, including a Floor Manager position based in Mandela Park.

Responsibilities:
  1. Stock management
  2. Cold chain management
  3. Signage and pricing
  4. Adherence to Group merchandising standards
  5. Promotions
  6. Customer experience
  7. Meeting departmental targets
  8. Hygiene and housekeeping
  9. Staff management
  10. Administration
Requirements:

  • Diligent in the performance of duties

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

2 years retail management experience on the grocery floor

Additional Details:

  • Working hours: Monday to Sunday, rotational shifts
