Job summary

Luxaviation at Lanseria International Airport is seeking a Flight Line Supervisor to lead and oversee all flight line operations and ground support services. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient day-to-day performance across apron activities.

The role requires 2–3 years in flight line supervision and related administrative tasks, with a Matric certificate and a valid driver’s license. Closing date: 13 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Flight Line Supervisor.
• 2-3 years’ experience in administrative tasks related to flight line management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all flight line, apron, and support activities, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day functional performance.
• Maintain and enforce all safety, security, and regulatory standards across flight line and apron operations.
• Lead, develop, and manage the flight line workforce, ensuring optimal staffing, productivity, performance, and adherence to operational standards.
• Manage all administrative and operational resources, including budgeting, equipment, reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Carry out additional operational duties as assigned by management, supporting broader organisational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
