Our focus is on delivering personalized stretching plans using Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Flexologist at Get Stretched in Sandton and Pretoria, covering our future Lynnwood studio as well as our existing Sandton and Rooihuiskraal studios. The Flexologist will be responsible for conducting assisted stretching sessions and developing personalized stretching programs for clients. This role involves working closely with clients to monitor their progress and ensure they achieve their mobility and flexibility goals. The Flexologist will also maintain a clean and safe studio environment, and the role includes sales and client engagement responsibilities.

Minimum Criteria:

Energetic, Enthusiastic, Motivated

Experience in Wellness Instruction, Physical Therapy, or related field

Sales Driven & Client Focused

Customer Service Oriented

Understanding of Stretching Techniques and Wellness Trends

A passion for wellness and helping others improve their quality of life

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Own Transport and Occasional Travel Required

Willing to work weekdays and weekends - mornings and evenings, 8-hour shifts per day

Advantageous:

Certification in Wellness, Physical Therapy, or related field

Knowledge of PNF Stretching Techniques

Personal Training Qualification Certificate, Diploma, or Degree
