Placements24 is seeking a reliable Local Delivery Van Driver for a part-time role in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha). You will deliver goods using a company van, serve customers across the Eastern Cape, and be the face of the company at client locations.

The ideal candidate is punctual, customer-focused, with a valid driver's license and good knowledge of the Port Elizabeth area. You will join a friendly local team and gain experience in logistics and customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Previous experience driving a delivery van or similar vehicle is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Port Elizabeth area.
• Ability to lift and carry packages.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Basic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods and packages to customers using a company van.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery van.
• Provide courteous and helpful service to all clients.
• Follow all traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Report any delivery issues or vehicle problems to the supervisor.
