Job Requirements

1. Some previous outdoor work experience required
2. Good driving record required
3. Flexible availability to cover shifts as needed, possibly 1-2 days a week regularly

Job Description

• Must be 25 or older due to insurance stipulations
• Excellent vision and attention to detail required
• Must be a 'morning person' — shifts start at daylight to beat the heat and traffic
• Enjoy working outdoors and dealing with dogs in yards
• Good driving skills with a clean record; company vehicle provided
• Dependability and stamina for long hours working outside and driving
• Ability to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with little supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent; drug-free; able to pass background check
• Experience with dogs preferred but not required
• Ability to read maps, use GPS, and follow detailed instructions

Physical and Transportation Requirements

• Lots of walking and lifting heavy trash bags
• Work in all weather conditions
• Transportation: company vehicle provided; own reliable transportation needed
