Fidelity Services Group in Gauteng seeks a skilled technician to complete tracking device installations to the highest quality and within deadlines. You will handle hardware installs, on-site and remote support, and address client queries.

You will repair, maintain and install tracking systems, assist with evaluations and repairs, and manage stock and tools. A Code B license and a relevant trade qualification are preferred, with at least 3 years' experience in vehicle tracking fitment.

Qualifications

Matric required.
Valid Code B driver’s license.
Trade test in motor electrical electronics or similar preferred.
Auto-electrician qualification advantageous.
At least 3 years' experience in vehicle tracking equipment fitment.

Responsabilités

Complete hardware installations to the highest quality and within required timelines.
Repair, maintain and install tracking systems.
Offer product support onsite and remotely.
Dealing with technical and client queries.
Assist with technical evaluations and repairs.
Management of stock and tool of trade vehicle.
Providing comprehensive feedback to internal role player.
