Join an FMCG team as a Fleet Technician in the Western Cape!

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain optimal operation, safety, and reliability of freezer fishing vessels.
2. Plan, schedule, and execute detailed maintenance both dockside and at sea.
3. Manage maintenance costs and oversee work orders.
4. Ensure compliance with regulations and coordinate drydock shutdowns.
5. Provide technical support as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Marine Engineering qualification or National Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Diesel fitter/mechanic trade qualification.
• At least 5 years’ experience in maintenance management in an engineering environment or drydock projects.
