Our client, a reputable automotive brand based in Hillcrest, is seeking a seasoned Fleet Sales Executive with a solid track record in vehicle and fleet sales across KZN. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a dynamic dealership environment and leverage their industry relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients across KZN.
- Generate leads and build a sustainable client pipeline through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship management.
- Prepare and present competitive fleet proposals and quotations to clients.
- Conduct client visits, vehicle demonstrations, and presentations.
- Negotiate deals and close sales in line with monthly targets.
- Coordinate the delivery and handover of vehicles to clients.
- Stay informed of vehicle specs, promotions, and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using the CRM system.
- Work closely with the finance and admin team to ensure smooth processing of sales and documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- 3+ years of proven experience in fleet sales (essential)
- Solid background in vehicle sales
- Valid driver’s license (code 8 or higher)
- Clear criminal record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in negotiation and closing deals
- Proactive and target-driven
- Existing client base in the fleet/vehicle industry will be highly advantageous
