The hybrid role combines on-site coordination with maintenance, dispatch, and flight operations teams with remote analysis and planning to optimize fleet utilization and performance.

You will oversee schedules, fleet data, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with multiple departments to drive efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in airline operations, fleet management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of airline operations, scheduling, dispatch, and maintenance procedures.
• Proven experience with fleet planning and optimization techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using airline operations software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for optimal fleet utilization and performance.
• Monitor daily flight operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and operational targets.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Control, Flight Dispatch, and Crew Scheduling to manage fleet activities.
• Analyze fleet performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company policies.
• Manage aircraft routing, scheduling, and configuration to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and service providers.
• Develop and manage operational budgets for fleet-related activities.
• Oversee the implementation of new fleet technologies and operational procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the fleet operations team.
