Job Description
  • The role is responsible for managing a sector of the local market.
  • Responsible for compiling and generating monthly reports, coordinating, managing, and interpreting customer order requirements.
  • Responsible for closing and balancing the local month-end closure.
  • Control local debtor issues applicable to direct customers.
  • Liaise and coordinate sales, deliveries, and other commercial issues across all sectors.
  • Coordinate with customers, production (expediting and follow-up of materials), finance (debtors and account management), and logistics (prioritizing urgent loads, dispatches, and handling claims).
  • Manage customer claims.

Lead, supervise, train, and assess the Local Sales Administrators team.

Job Requirements
  • National Senior Certificate Grade 12 with Math and Science.
  • Diploma in a commercial, marketing, or technical field.
  • Knowledge of local and export processes.
  • Understanding of supplier and customer relations, communication management, product, and systems knowledge.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • 5-7 years of business or product knowledge and experience.
  • Valid driver’s license required for customer visits.
