This role requires an individual with a tertiary degree in Fleet Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or BCom.
A minimum of 5-8 years in fleet management experience, with experience in a facilities role being an added advantage.
You should have been responsible for a fleet of not less than vehicles and office management with employees.
The ideal candidate must be proactive in identifying any risks or non-compliance with policy, and possess the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels regarding matters relating to Fleet and Facilities Management.
Knowledge of ARRTO legislation and OHSACT will ensure you excel in this role.
Strong administrative skills (Excel skills), SAP experience, and people management are essential.

The objective of this role is to provide a comprehensive fleet management solution for the Saint-Gobain Sub-Saharan Africa (SG SSA) territory.
The role consists of consolidated services such as driver monitoring / tracking, training and management, accident, licensing and traffic fine management, roadside assistance, and fraud management, among others.
Key deliverables include monitoring and maintaining the fleet in good operating condition, ensuring SGSSA and all its divisions adhere to fleet management logistics and policy, and managing vehicle maintenance efficiently and cost-effectively.
The overall responsibility includes managing the Facilities function holistically, which consists of overseeing the landlord and their contractual roles and responsibilities, including cleaning, consumables, security, canteen, and maintenance services.
You will manage facility contractor services and the cost centre budget for Midrand HQ offices, supporting the HEAD of EHS in managing the Midrand HQ EHS.
