Job description

The Fleet Data Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing data analyses and data collection strategies to optimize the statistical efficiency and quality of the Fleet Department.

Utilizing Power BI and other systems, analysts will transform data into comprehensible, goal-oriented reports, trends, and forecasts, driving continuous innovation and growth within the department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Consolidation and Management: Consolidate essential data sets such as Sales, Stock, Automark, Fleet Customers, Service, Parts, Special Discount Data, e-One, Dealer Data, and Fleet Budget Data to streamline and ensure extraction for reporting use. Ensure data collection processes support the optimization of statistical efficiency and quality. Translate business requirements into optimal reporting solutions.
  2. Power BI Development and Reporting: Create and manage interactive dashboards that integrate data from various segments like sales, stock levels, and service metrics, facilitating comprehensive visualization and easy access to real-time data. Interpret data and analyze results to determine trends and provide ongoing, actionable reports.
  3. Analytics-Driven Strategy Formation: Work closely with Fleet management to prioritize business and information needs, ensuring data analytics align with strategic objectives. Use insights from data to forecast future trends in fleet sales, informing management strategies.
  4. Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek and define new process improvement opportunities by analyzing data trends and analytics practices.
  5. Training and Empowerment: Lead initiatives to train team members on utilizing Power BI and other data tools, enhancing departmental capabilities and data literacy.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
