A well-established transport and logistics company based in Nelspruit is seeking a Fleet Controller to start as soon as possible.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in Nelspruit
• Minimum Grade 12 certificate
• Code B driver’s license (ESSENTIAL)
• Own vehicle (ESSENTIAL)
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• A third language is a definite advantage

Additional Skills:

• Logistical experience (bulk cross border tipper) is a definite advantage
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work long hours and under pressure
• Effective time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor fleet operations to ensure vehicle reach production and diesel targets
• Utilize Fleet Management system for monitoring
• Maintain constant communication with drivers and team
• Submit reports and documents by deadlines
• Address vehicle maintenance issues and ensure scheduled servicing
