Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in fleet management as a controller.

Job description

Fleet Controller - Springs GP Gauteng

Job Summary: Oversee all aspects of fleet management including productivity, wages, fuel consumption, route planning, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Assign and ensure tasks are completed by drivers
2. Track orders and deliveries
3. Constantly monitor driver and vehicle performance and efficiency, finding ways to improve productivity
4. Coordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure the fleet is maintained, including scheduling of services and COF inspections for vehicles to remain in a safe and roadworthy condition
5. Conduct monthly inspections and arrange for services and repairs

Requirements:

• Matric
• Computer literate
• Excel (compulsory)
• At least 3 years experience in fleet management (controller)
• Own transport
• Sober habits
• Willing to work long hours, public holidays, and weekends
