Job summary

Fleet Administrator

Location: Johannesburg
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm)

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our team and ensure the efficient management of our vehicle fleet.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are available and downtime is minimised.
  • Manage insurance, licence renewals, traffic fines, and accident claims.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Liaise with workshops, dealerships, and suppliers for repairs and parts.
  • Process invoices and track fleet-related expenses.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on fleet performance, compliance, and cost control.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Matric (Grade 12) required; a certificate/diploma in Logistics, Fleet Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in fleet administration or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
    • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
    • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance cycles and compliance.
    • Valid manual driver’s licence.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Attention to detail, proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
