We are seeking an Operations Associate to fulfill logistics operations execution, including managing and executing inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities. This involves planning and execution of distribution, handled by carrier management, across various warehouses such as CFS, CY inland depots, bonded warehouses, whether owned or operated by Maersk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Tally Clerk Operations :

  • Safely manage receiving areas, storage locations, and loading docks using the system.
  • Implement quality controls effectively.
  • Identify damages, report shortages or quality issues to the team.
  • Maintain FIFO and stock controls, both physically and using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Quality Control & Compliance :

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including wearing PPE.
  • Conduct daily inspections and report mechanical issues.
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure stock controls are properly aligned.

Team Collaboration :

  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, quality control teams, and drivers for smooth workflow.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Forklift Certification.
