Hollywoodbets is hiring a Fixed Asset Accountant based in Umhlanga as part of the Purple Team. You will oversee acquisition of fixed assets, record costs of tangible and intangible assets, track movements between branches, and manage monthly depreciation and asset register reconciliations.

The role requires experience with Pastel Evolution or similar software, strong Excel skills, and a valid driver's licence with own transport.

Qualificações

• Pastel Evolution or similar accounting software experience.
• Valid driving licence and own transport.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor controls, procedures and forms for accurate fixed asset recording.
• Ensure asset movements between branches are recorded correctly.
• Track assets in transit and those undergoing repairs or disposal.
• Reconcile fixed asset register with Pastel monthly.
• Prepare audit schedules for fixed assets and assist auditors.
• Engage with auditors and other departments to ensure proper accounting methods.
