• Machining of tooling
• Preparation of tooling
• Tooling change over during normal hours and after hours (Standby)
• General fitting duties
• Create notifications on SAP (MM and PM)
• Ordering of spares from CMS
• Efficiency in standby-requirements on an afterhours basis

Qualification:

Grade 12 / N3 / NCV 3 (NQF 4/10)

Trade Certificate: Fitter and Turner

Experience and Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of Fitting and Turning
• Operating of Milling machine essential
• Reading of Drawings and SAP knowledge essential
• Good knowledge and application of skills to do faultfinding
• Good technical knowledge to be applied in relation to plant equipment
• Good knowledge of bearings
• Proficiency in utilizing the SAP (PM notification and MM) system is required as well as general computer literacy
• Must have a valid driver’s license
