Fitness Coach - Part-time - East London

Hours: 16 per week, between 07:45am - 21:45pm Saturday & Sunday (Shift times either 07:45am- 16:45pm or 12:45pm - 21:45pm)

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Health Club Manager and Estate Management Team with operational duties of the leisure facility.
  • Providing high-quality customer care to residents and guests.
  • Teaching exercise classes to residents and guests.
  • Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
  • Conducting health and safety checks, including pool testing and surveillance.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of fitness areas and equipment.
  • Personal training clients when needed.
  • Responding to emergencies within the leisure facility.
  • Serving as a customer service liaison and promoting services offered by the leisure facility.
  • Covering reception duties when required.

Requirements to succeed:

  • Recognized Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or higher.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Energetic, approachable, and charismatic personality.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards.
  • Experience in face-to-face customer service and fitness class delivery.
