Fitness Coach - Permanent, Royal Wharf – E16
Hours: 40 hours per week, between 05:45am - 11:15pm, Monday to Sunday (on a rota basis, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week)

We are now looking for a Fitness Coach to join one of our prestigious sites, providing excellent customer service to our residents.
Your new responsibilities:
- Support the Health Club Manager and Estate Management Team with operational aspects of the leisure facility.
- Deliver high-quality customer care to residents and guests.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of the fitness club facilities.
- Conduct health and safety checks, including pool testing and surveillance.
- Promote leisure services to members and monitor their progress.
- Work as part of the team, greeting residents/guests, maintaining the environment and equipment.
- Provide personal training sessions when required.
- Teach exercise classes to residents/guests.
- Conduct daily Sky Pool inspections and report findings.
- Respond to emergencies in the Leisure facility.
- Familiarize with all services offered and act as a customer service liaison.
- Carry out gym and Sky Pool inductions.
- Comply with relevant legislation (Health & Safety at Work Act, Fire Cautions, COSHH, etc.).
- Complete procedural documentation promptly.
- Maintain stock, clean and organize all fitness areas and equipment.
- Monitor sound levels to ensure a comfortable environment.
- Remain on-site until appropriate cover is arranged if your shift ends without coverage.
- Attend departmental and staff meetings.
- Identify opportunities to promote PT, wellness, and other services.
- Pursue ongoing education and training.
- Cover reception and Welcome Host duties as needed.
- Assist with special events, pool testing, and pool plant duties.
- Work across multiple estate leisure facilities as required.
What you need to succeed:
- Recognized fitness qualification (Personal Trainer Level 3 or above).
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- Energetic, approachable, and charismatic personality.
- Good team player.
- Ability to offer constructive advice.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service.
- Experience delivering fitness classes.
