About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Fitness Centre Manager to lead operations at their state-of-the-art facility in Rustenburg. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the fitness centre, including staff management, member acquisition and retention, program development, and financial performance. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional member experience, ensuring the facility is safe, clean, and equipped with the latest fitness technology. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for health and fitness, and a proven track record in fitness industry management within the Rustenburg area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of fitness instructors, personal trainers, and front-desk staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Oversee the daily operations of the fitness centre, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance.
