Job Description

The Learner role is a development position where the incumbent will complete a formal, registered qualification while gaining work experience. During employment, the Learner will be responsible for tasks such as research, analysis, administration, process, and project work that add value to the business area. The Learner is expected to fulfill all qualification requirements. Additional work-related training will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costs.
• Demonstrate cost consciousness and awareness of personal contribution to costs.
• Increase knowledge of financial processes and adhere to operating standards.
• Follow the organisation's shared values, service standards, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) outcomes.
• Resolve customer dissatisfaction/complaints and communicate effectively.
• Collect customer feedback to improve service.
• Ensure product knowledge and advice are accurate.
• Work with improved processes to maintain operational efficiency.
• Adhere to quality standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate activity reports and investigate ways to optimise processes.
• Contribute to aligning business processes with customer service.
• Advise management on process and system improvements.
• Demonstrate the shared value "I get better and better".
• Support team goals, respect diversity, and value inclusivity.
• Identify activities for personal development and create a review plan with a team leader.
• Commit to continuous personal improvement.
