Job summary

Airlink is seeking First Officer candidates to operate modern regional aircraft alongside an experienced Captain. You will apply SOPs, sound decision-making and precise crew coordination while building flight hours and broad operational experience.

Entry pathways include Cadet First Officer, Connect First Officer and Experienced First Officer with appropriate total hours and SACAA qualifications. Prior FSTD training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (or equivalent).
• SACAA CPL, ATPL or Frozen ATPL with a valid IR.
• South African citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Operate the aircraft safely and in full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Captain across all phases of flight: planning, performance, checklists, FMS setup, communications and threat/error management.
• Maintain vigilant flightdeck monitoring, accurate flight documentation and professional CRM at all times.
