First Nations Traineeship - Alice Springs

About the Traineeship: To support and grow First Nations employment across the Northern Territory, ARRCS is expanding their trainee programs. New opportunities are now available for First Nations individuals to join ARRCS, where they will be mentored and coached while working and completing a Certificate III qualification.

This exciting role involves being employed by ARRCS, gaining practical paid work experience, and receiving support from our partner training organization to complete your qualification.

Start date: The traineeship will commence in July. ARRCS is accepting applications early to coordinate course enrolment and start on-the-job paid training.

You will have Career Specialists supporting you throughout the journey, along with colleagues undertaking similar traineeships to assist you.

These traineeships are specifically for First Nation individuals, including school leavers exploring new job options or those seeking a mentored traineeship leading to a promising career.

Regions and Traineeships Offered:
  • Darwin, Katherine, Tennant Creek, Alice Springs, Nhulunbuy

Available traineeships include:

  • Personal Care Worker Trainee - Certificate III in Individual Care (Aged Care)
  • Hospitality Officer Trainee - Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Leisure and Lifestyle Officer - Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle (Aged Care)
