Qualifications

• Previous experience as a childminder, nanny, or in a similar childcare role.
• A qualification in Early Childhood Development (ECD) or related field advantageous.
• Understanding of child development from infancy through early childhood.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; warm, patient, nurturing disposition.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to plan and execute creative educational activities.
• Proficiency in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy.
• First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
