We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Technician/Engineer with Advanced Sophos experience, West Rand

Overview:

• Be capable of expertly managing IT projects, researching and implementing customer solutions, and presenting a professional demeanor.

• Planning and implementation of comprehensive IT projects
• Conducting continuous research to enhance customer-oriented solutions
• Maintaining excellent communication and representation
• Utilizing personal vehicles for reliable transportation

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. 5+ years of experience in Firewall Setup & Maintenance with advanced Sophos experience
2. 5+ years of expertise in Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
3. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint with 5+ years of experience
4. Expertise in Windows Servers Setup, Maintenance & Support with at least 5+ years of experience
5. In-depth knowledge of Email Migrations, with 5+ years of proven experience
6. Skilled in Desktop Support with a minimum of 5+ years of experience
7. 5+ years of experience in Networking Setup, Maintenance & Administration
8. Advanced skills in Cloud Architecture: Azure with over 3+ years of experience
9. 3+ years experience with cloud hosted servers
10. 3+ years of expertise in Hosted Backup and Patch/RMM Management
11. Advanced experience in ESET Setup, Maintenance over 3+ years
12. Proficient in PABX Setup, Maintenance with at least 2+ years experience
