Job summary

Fidelity Services Group in Cape Town seeks an experienced Integrated Fire Systems Engineer to source opportunities and drive sales in Fire Detection and Gas Suppression solutions, including servicing and remote monitoring contracts.

You will engage across Commercial, Mining and Industrial sectors, manage accounts, prepare quotations, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure on-time delivery. Willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

Five or more years of fire industry integrated system sales experience.
Proven understanding of relevant fire industry standards and compliance.
FDIA design qualification and SAQCC registration are preferred.
Experience in selling Fire Detection, Gas Suppression, Servicing and Maintenance contracts.
Strong report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop sales opportunities in Commercial, Mining and Industrial sectors.
Achieve sales targets at approved margins and prepare quotes/proposals.
Manage accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
Maintain knowledge of competitors and market trends.
Coordinate with installation teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Travel across South Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and abroad when required.
