Job description

About The Role

Manages various local and global projects, facilitating the request intake, review, and assessment to determine viability and impact. Will support in the processing and output of data to support business awareness and understanding of learning performance. Will align with manager on project pipeline and priorities as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary support and solutioning for LMS functionality in support of the Business Academy team and business stakeholders.
  • Review requests to assess viability, impact, and priority to support the decision-making process.
  • Tasks are performed in line with day-to-day needs and long-term projects, with periodic review and guidance from the line manager or senior team stakeholders.
  • Will administer all system-based reporting from LMS in line with agreed-upon timelines, quality, and standards to ensure appropriate business understanding and use.
  • Will understand the data being reflected by the system in a manner that can be communicated to key stakeholders within the team, and leverage PowerBI to visualize LMS reporting.
  • Will design and deliver system-based solutions in line with team and business needs to support the user experience.
  • Will interact closely with the Business Academy team to support program tracking and administration.
  • Will work with external suppliers in ongoing maintenance and service of LMS.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified and experienced professional (3-5 years) with a digital learning and systems background or other relevant areas of information technologies.
  • HRIS, data management, and analysis experience.
  • Track record of working independently to timelines and deliverables with minimal oversight required.
  • Has a good understanding of LMS system functionality, current needs within business, and potential opportunities for further development.
  • Experience in PowerBI.
