Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a Finance Manager role.
• Fintech/startup/scaleup experience preferred.
• Strong financial reporting and controls experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Preparing and analysing management accounts.
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow activities.
• Driving financial control and reporting process improvements.
