Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades (e.g. carpentry, tiling, painting, ceilings, joinery, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, architects and the site team
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Conduct quality checks and snag lists
• Report progress and issues to the Contracts Manager

Requirements :

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finishing work on upmarket projects

Proven track record managing teams on site

Strong eye for detail and high-quality workmanship

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Valid driver’s licence and own transport
