Job summary

Midea Group in Johannesburg is looking for a Finished Product Quality Manager to lead the factory's quality team and oversee daily QC operations. You will organize shipment evaluations for new mass-produced products, inspect finished goods, and drive closure of non-conforming batches.

Additionally, you will monitor warehousing and logistics for finished goods and enhance QC procedures based on field feedback, coordinating with customers on incoming inspections to ensure mass production quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent English proficiency.
• Experience with well-known washing machine brands such as Sharp, Haier, Panasonic, Samsung, Aqua and Polytrol is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize shipment evaluation for new mass-produced products at the initial stage, follow up to close out identified issues.
• Carry out finished product inspections and mass production type tests.
• Coordinate customer incoming product inspection.
• Monitor warehousing and logistics status of finished goods in the rear warehouse and the front-end QC implementation.
