You will build high-performing teams, supervise service standards, and manage budgets, supplier relationships, and events across a six-to-seven month engagement, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Mediterranean or Greek cuisine and hospitality.
• Experience managing premium guests and events.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and menu authenticity.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef on menus and premium ingredients.
• Manage inventory, suppliers, POS, payroll, and scheduling.
• Lead staff development and uphold refined service standards.
