Placements24 in Paarl is seeking an experienced Financial Services Recruitment Consultant to join our client’s team on-site. You will own the recruitment lifecycle for banking, insurance and investment roles, sourcing, screening and presenting top talent to leading financial institutions in the Western Cape.

You will build strong client relationships, stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes, and negotiate offers while guiding candidates through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a specialization in financial services.
• Proven track record of placing professionals in roles such as financial analysts, investment bankers, compliance officers, and actuaries.
