Financial Relationship Builder required in Johannesburg.

The Financial Advisor specialising in Health will be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and growing a client base for our client’s health-related products.

This role involves providing expert advice through comprehensive financial planning and delivering an excellent client experience.

The advisor will cater to various market segments, including middle-income, affluent, professional, and business clients, ensuring their financial goals are met through strategic health solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Consulting telephonically with clients.
2. Determine clients' financial goals, needs, and capabilities.
3. Provide strategic advice on various products (Medical Aid, Health Insurance and GAP Cover).
4. Respond to client queries and resolve issues promptly.
5. Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable products.
6. Sell products that align with clients’ needs and financial requirements.
7. Comply with legislative regulations and adhere to all compliance requirements.

Requirements:

1. Min 2 years experience in the financial services industry.
2. Matric / equivalent.
3. Meet FAIS requirements based on DOFA date.
4. Hold an FSCA-approved qualification.
5. RE5 completed.
6. NQF5 / NQF4 completed.

Package & Remuneration:

1. Basic plus commission.
2. Basic: 1st month – R12,000, 2nd month – R10,000, 3rd month and ongoing – R8,000.
3. Commission structure will be discussed during interview.
