Job summary

Catch is seeking a Partner Assistant to support the Financial Planning Partners on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the Western Cape. The role is part of a regional team, requiring collaboration with fellow Assistants and office staff to deliver high-quality client services and administrative support.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in the financial services industry.
• Relevant tertiary education or courses.
• Familiarity with FAIS and FICA is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Planning Partners with client services and administrative tasks.
• Collate client information and prepare engagement documentation.
• Perform FICA and AML checks on client onboarding processes.
• Manage documentation flow for new business and liaison with product providers.
• Monitor commissioning and fees; escalate issues to Partners as needed.
• Assist with client events and portfolio reviews preparation.
